1920 â A fledgling German political party held its first meeting of importance at Hofbrauhaus in Munich; it became known as the Nazi Party, and its chief spokesman was Adolf Hitler. He delivered the Nazi Party Platform to a large crowd in Munich, an event that is often regarded as the foundation of Naziism.
